We have have made several attempts to contact you but have received no reply as of yet.
All our Suppliers have a 24 hour Emergency Assist number that is given to all renters and is also displayed inside their vehicles. To enable us to accurately follow up with the relevant department we would like to find out if you made use of this Supplier service and who assisted you as we received no communication during the rental period with regards to the Tyre or battery.
In response to the vehicle not being clean, even though Cape Town is currently under Level 5 water restrictions we have been assured that our Suppliers are using alternative services to ensure all their vehicles are still 100% clean at handover. From what we have confirmed there was no mention of the vehicle condition on the handover sheet and we would appreciate it if you could also supply us with more details here.

This is the first time we have been made aware of any problems pertaining to the rental vehicle and we are busy following up with the Supplier.

Our Supplier has extended their apologies for the vehicle not being up to standard.
During high season the vehicles unfortunately do take some abuse, but the vehicle preparation should never be compromised.
With regards to the wheel alignment of the vehicle. Services do take place, but there are in between incidents that happen and the Suppliers rely on the clients to inform them when such incidents occur in order for them to rectify them. We thank you for bringing this to our and their attention and can confirm that the vehicle concerned has been to the workshop and the wheel balancing and alignment has been restored.
