We are always working towards quicker response times and appreciate the feedback.
We checked response times on your enquiry and booking. The enquiry was received on the 24th of August at 14:21, a response including the payment options was sent by a consultant within 30 minutes. It may be that this e-mail was caught in your spam folder as we received a successful delivery report on this e-mail.
Vehicles can only be reserved once payment is made a by client. We noted that payment was received on the 25th of August at 14:59, booking confirmation and voucher was sent within 60 minutes. Reservation was processed for collection at 18:30.
