Thank you for the feedback – we passed on your comments to our IT Team. Unfortunately our website does not allow automatic payments for vehicles collecting on the same day due to operational procedures involved in reserving vehicles. The website does however allow a client to make an enquiry after which a consultant can advise on availability and provide a payment option.
Unfortunately our finance team doesn’t work over weekends, the refund was processed within 48 hours.

Having prepaid the rental the fellow at the reception station took ages to process the deal. He was slow, printed the wrong form and was generally disinterested
