DPI were actually very good and very quickly determined my needs during a telephone call. The price was competitive, hence they got the business. Michael in Sales was helpful and friendly, as was Michael in Marketing who helped me re-enter the correct review. So far so good, I would recommend them on the service I have received. I apologise for my earlier review - this was for a totally different company with whom I am having great difficulties as you can tell!
