Great service, but poor sizing.

I bought a shirt for my husband, and it was too small. You were great with the exchange, but the new larger size is still very tight. He wears L in everything, but the XL is uncomfortably small.

Oh my. These particular models do run small, and the fit should be somewhat close to the skin for best results, but tight is not right. Happy to exchange for the next size up. Sincerely sorry for this inconvenience!
