Easy to use site delivery could have been quicker

If they had put a house number on the label, I would not have had to waste two days waiting for my parcel to be delivered. And, despite their error, they refused to refund the delivery charge

Very poor communication from Dove's Organic. I suspect they are concerned with their supermarket contracts rather than individual buyers, so very different from the Wessex Mill personal experience....
