Thank you for your feedback. We accept online bookings 24hrs a day, 7 days a week unless you would like to arrive within 2 days when we ask you to contact the office. Our offices are open 6 days a week but are closed on a Sunday. The reason we do not allow online booking so close to the arrival date is to allow us to check with the owners or housekeepers of the property that it will definitely be prepared in time for your arrival, before taking any payment.
