Delayed order, no proactive communication

My order was delayed but I received no notice of this until I contacted Dobies' customer service after the expected delivery date had passed. They should have contacted me to inform me of the delay....

took longer than I expected to deliver but when the plants came they were extremely well packed and the plants although small looked healthy..it remains to be seen as to how quickly they develop
