Note on packaging states 2 day / 48 hour delivery. The package arrived 8 days after the stated date. Some of the roots were broken/damaged in transit.

Refund took forever
After phone call before purchase I received not what I expected finally got agreed on free postage to return waited over 3 weeks for refund

Inconsiderate.
Product came late and in awful condition, customer service never replied once asking for pictures after I had already sent and then never replied after I re-sent them.
