The plant arrived in good time and was well and safely packaged. However, I was so looking forward to receiving my favourite plant... It was a bit crispy when it arrived... The leaves didn't look in...

First order beginning of December did not arrive, neither did replacement beginning of Jan. Several telephone calls and third attempt arrived beginning Feb having used a different courier

Terrible service

Terrible service and very disappointing. Service slow. Communication very poor and false promises made. I did not feel my custom was valued and I will be very reluctant to use Dobies In the future.
