We are grateful for the time you have taken to share your review with us and hope you accept out sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused during this order. Technology is a marvelous thing when it works as it should but sometimes errors do occur and we can only apologise your order was affected on this occasion. Once the error was realised and your order was brought into our system we can see this was delivered within 5 working days.
