While our booking terms do state that departures may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met, we recognise that this does not lessen the inconvenience or frustration caused when a holiday is cancelled. It is disappointing to learn that you felt unsupported during the process as this is not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we're sorry that your interactions with our team left you feeling that your concerns were not taken seriously. We appreciate you highlighting the issues around alternative availability and pricing, as well as the feedback process. When a tour is cancelled and we offer an alternative we are not always able to price match what guests have chosen due to our price promise which our valued customers have come to appreciate.
