Thanks for the feedback which has been raised with the owner. The house is regularly cleaned and spring cleaned so we are sorry that it did not meet with your expectations in this instance. As this is a traditional terraced town house which retains its original character it is not always easy to spot all the spiders that may cause cobwebs to appear after cleaning.  The garden furniture has suffered by being outside over winter and is to be replaced

Thanks for your feedback as it helps to ensure repairs can be made as soon as required. The shower is a bath attachment for use in the bath itself so there is no shower curtain. A plumber has been asked to attend to the taps, however when recently inspected by our staff the taps did not appear to be dripping.  As noted in the description the cottage is in a rural location with a farm road; this will be checked for potholes but a 4X4 is not needed and when we were there earlier in the spring it was quite passable at normal farm road speed of 5 to 10mph.  The owner does repair the road and also has plans to fence it to remove the need for gates to be opened/closed when going to the cottage. At a rate of £54/night for the whole house it does not appear expensive particularly when it sleeps five, this is only £11/head/night.
