The service by the owner was very good (reception with coffee and cake, visit by the owner to the greeting) - thanks for the review, the owners do like to give a warm welcome to all.

The owners were very pleased to hear that you had had a great holiday and will look into the possible provision of an outside table.  They also said that the microwave is built in directly above the cooker and that the chest freezer that was working on their last visit., it may have been turned off at the wall but will be checked out to see if there is a problem.

Thanks for taking time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry it has taken so long to get back to you as we have been taking the items raised to the owner. Feedback does help to make sure that minor items, such as problems with cleaning, toasters or cookers can be attended to a soon as possible for the benefit of all guests, where possible these should be raised during your stay so that you do not need to suffer yourself.  The items you have noted have been raised with the owner and will be taken into account at our next property inspection later in the year.  We are sorry to see that you don't think that you will use Discover Scotland in future as we did provide you with a discount at the time that you placed your booking, to help you on your way in your new life together, hopefully you may reconsider as we would be delighted to help you with your future holiday plans.

Thank you for your feedback which has been reviewed and discussed with the owner.  We do feel that the photos on the website do show the chalet décor and style accurately so the owners are sorry if it was not what was expected.  They do take care over preparation before guests arrive and do apologise for any short comings if something had been missed.  If the problem items had been drawn to their attention then replacements and necessary action would have been taken as they always like to rectify any issues immediately. They do however need anything that their guests are not happy to be drawn o their attention so that they may resolve any problems  though they do need the guest to make us aware of anything they are unhappy with
