Many thanks for taking the time to review Hazelbank. It's always useful to get customer feedback as it gives us a change to take any problems back to the owners and attempt to rectify them.

We are sorry to hear of the problems you experienced. We haven't previously been aware of any issues at Hazelbank but have spoken with the owner regarding your comments and maintenance is now being carried out. Mid-week cleaning isn't currently offered but will be discussed with owners and cleaners for future bookings.

Very good to hear that you enjoyed your holiday.  The owners do take an active approach to the house and over the last year or so have provided a range cooker and other items.  They do plan to change carpets in the near future and renewal of seat pads.  Due to the construction of the house it will always have an older style but hopefully the location with the wonderful views and nearby sand of Brighouse Bay allows the style to be forgiven.  Hope to see you next year so that you can see progress in the house.
