Sorry to hear our service wasn't as expected.
In this case it was an error by us as our system hadn't updated the stock levels in time so the site was showing in stock when in fact they ran out of stock prior to your order, so there was a delay as we had to wait for the order to arrive.
The extra day delay was because were given a delivery date by the manufacturer which wasn't met so your delivery was delayed.
We do apologise for the inconvenience that was caused.
