Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for sending the incorrect product. As soon as we were informed that the wrong pannier bags had been sent we offered an upgrade to the latest, more expensive model of the at no extra charge. Unfortunately you were specifically looking for an older model which had a slightly different design, and these are no longer available. I can confirm that we have issued a full refund including the cost of return postage.
