Thanks for sharing your experience, we are glad that you are satisfied with our service.
With regards to a DBS check taking longer than it should, we do everything we can to process applications on the same day as quickly and as accurately as we can.
However, we are at the mercy of the DBS and local police forces when it comes to how long each application takes once it is with them.
As an Umbrella Body, Disclosure Services are restricted to pursue or speed up an application and can only start a proper escalation procedure when the application has been at Stage 4 for 60+ days.
As part of our customer service, we track the application for you and escalate it with the DBS when it reaches 60 days.Any of the local police forces can raise an query and return the application to the DBS. Once the query is resolved, the 60 day SLA restarts.
