Wild at Heart florist have replied with following message. "We did everything we could to get this order delivered. In a small rural town like Feilding, when flowers run out that is that. Especially at a weekend. There is no flower market, or wholesale flower supplier for miles. I tried to get the order delivered by other florists in the region, but again there are no courier links at the weekend. I then tried unsuccessfully to make contact with the sender for advice. I finally got the senders husband by phone on Tuesday morning. He advised me that the sender had been called away, and that the recipient was returning to Australia the next day, but do make the delivery. I passed that onto the florist who personally delivery the flowers. She explained the situation to the recipient who was really happy. The florist added extras such as butterflies that she could take back with her. We are sorry you are not happy, pleased be assured we tried everything to fulfil your order in a timely and professional manner." Wild at Heart Florist
