Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi a sales receipt for your purchase is available in the customer control panel. At the time of purchasing you should have received 2 emails. One was a straightforward receipt, the second an account creation email with a username and password. Within the account login you can find and print the sales receipt.
