We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

the tax invoice you require is in the D2F account creation. At the time of ordering, you should have received 2 emails - one a receipt, the second a username/password for D2F account. When you login the receipt pdf is there. Please accept our apologies if there was a delay on the flower delivery. Let me know about the receipt - hope you can find the login details.
