Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Darren Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry you were disappointed with the service received from the florist and ourselves. I have looked at the order and can see that my colleague and the florist emailed to say the next delivery date would be on 9th February due to public holidays and asked if you were happy to go ahead or if we should cancel and refund.
