Thank you for your feedback. We have received the below response from the florist. "I have rung the recipient of the flowers, she was more than happy with them and the presentation. Although she was dissapointed they had not lasted longer. This I feel probably was due to the flowers chosen, as none of them were long lasting.As this was not a specified requirement and it is summer here. I get fresh product from my suppliers in everyday, so there was not an issue with the product not being fresh. This was a rural delivery, rather than put them on the overnight rural delivery run I delivered it myself. As the flowers in a hot postal van would not have lasted the night.
