Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you very much for the email and for the picture you sent across to us.Unfortunately your chosen florist refused the delivery and we had to reallocate it to another florist to ensure they were delivered without delay. The florist we placed the order with has done their very best to replicate the image chosen online using the flowers that they had available at the time. I think the delivered bouquet was beautiful and can see that they have used the same colour flowers although they were slightly different. As a goodwill gesture i will be more than happy to refund the service fee for you on the order With Kind Regards Zoe@Direct2Florist
