We are happy to see the florist resolved the issues for you in regards to your delivery and are sorry to see you were disappointed with the service received. We can confirm that the florist did receive the order at the time you placed it. My colleague had also been in touch with the florist and had a chat with them at 09.58am on 11th may about the delivery and they advised that this would not be a problem. When an order is placed on the system the florist is immediately advised and they receive an email, a notification on their computer and if they have a smart phone they also receive a notification on this too. We have been in touch with the florist to look into this for you and i can also see that they have had direct contact with you and they have offered you a voucher to help resolve the complaint. The delivery was made on the same day however they were delivered in the afternoon instead of morning. We are unfortunately unable to promise delivery times and we advise customers of this online at the time of the order being placed. Jane at Mayflowers has sent us a picture of the flowers that were delivered and we can see from this that the florist has made it as close as possible to the selected item, the only difference i can see is that some lillies are still in bud and will open over the next few days. We are sorry you were disappointed with the service however on this occasion we firmly believe the florist has delivered a quality product using the freshest flowers and delivered in a timely manner on the same day Kind Regards Webteam@Direct2Florist
