Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Miss Webb Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to see you were disappointed with the service. I have looked into ths for you and can see that the order was received late on Saturday afternoon after the florist had closed. The florist saw the order on Monday but due to the distance they could only fulfil this on Tuesday, my colleague called and spoke with somebody and they were happy for the flowers to go on Tuesday. We sincerely hope the recipient enjoyed the flowers once they were received Kind Regards Webteam@Direct2Florist
