Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Seems that there was a misunderstanding about when the flowers were delivered as the florist did not confirm the delivery through the site until the next day. This sadly has created some un-necessary communication. No issue with the flowers in the photo I received they looked lovely.
