Thanks for letting us know the florist requested extra delivery. We have advised the member its not in Ts&Cs to request extra delivery from the customer. Thanks for letting us know. Here is the reply from the florist which explains they were requesting extra delivery following a failed delivery attempt. "Hello Tricia Thank you for your order the florist has tried to deliver but nobody home. They tried both phone numbers but no answer. Driver did not think safe to leave flowers so returned them to shop. They can deliver tomorrow but would require additional delivery fee of $20.00 and would need card details for this. Please advise. Kind regards" D2F Service Team
