according to our records, travel documents and a booking confirmation were sent to the email address in the booking on 05 August 2021. We do apologise if these were not received and have resent the bundle. Please will you check your spam/junk folder for any filters and contact our after sales team if still not received

Not easy to contact (email only) regarding changing the booking and found to be very inflexible. Cancellation fees far too high within 5 days...

Helen we are pleased about the pricing and process to book. Our emails are all responded to, and to avoid issues, amendments are required in writing as our terms state. These terms also mention about fees, so that customers are fully aware before they book, that they can be high. You would have accepted these and presumably read them when booking online which you appear to have done. We are always as flexible as we are able but have to abide by the airline or other suppliers who are involved. We will achieve the best outcome for you in every case.
