Mirror was smaller than expected but returns service was good

The mirror was disappointing. However, the delivery service and the free returns service was good. I did chase for the refund, but the refund was then done the same day with an apologetic email.

We also show other everyday items in shot, so that the scale of the mirror can be easily seen. We have sold more than 50 of the mirror you ordered without issue, but are sorry that, in your case the mirror did not meet your expectations.
