Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We were happy to hear you were delighted with the service.Of course, we were very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the mirror you received. It's actually one of our lighter mirrors weighing only 4kg, whereas our 'heavy' mirrors weigh up to 50kg! The brackets on the back should be more than adequate to hold it safely in place. However, if you do need more advice on hanging it safely then please get in touch with us at hello@decorativemirrorsonline.co.uk. Just to reassure you, we have literally sold 100s of these mirrors and have not yet had a customer come back and say it has fallen off the wall!
