Just to clarify our returns policy, should there be any fault with the mirror you receive we will collect free of charge and either exchange or refund you. This applies for 28 days and is on production of a photo, showing the damage and, as long as the original packaging is there. The 3 day free return policy relates to, if you just change your mind about the mirror, after receiving it and no longer want it for whatever reason. However, we will collect the mirror for a change of mind up to 28 days after delivery, but there will be a small charge after 3 days. We are sorry if this was not clear on our website.
