Poorly made mitres on first mirror delivered but it was returned and replaced with a perfect item very quickly. No fuss. Very impressive packaging. No danger of a mirror being delivered broken.

Our order was acknowledged straight away and we were given a time far in to the future. But this was good as expectations were set. It actually came earlier, worth the wait !

Delivery not on the original date given. We were not told about the change of date and it was only when I emailed for an ETA that I was told it would be a later date. It didn’t arrive on that date...
