In common with many other delivery companies the drivers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor level and hence the need to sign a waiver to override this. Many thanks for your feedback which is very valuable. We are very sorry that there was a discrepancy between the website stock and what was actually in our warehouse at the time. However, we did inform you of the issue and fully refund you ( as you instructed) just over 24 hours after your order was placed. Regarding the price of the mirror, as per our website policy, we are always happy to consider price matching any mirror.
