Approach you with a creditor mentality and are not supportive. Only interested in their monthly fee and put you on the longest route to clearing your debt.

I can't remember who I spoke to but he was the most loveliest senior director I think. I also spoke to Brandon who just kept me at the absolute ease who has put me forward to the most affordable debt...
