Brilliant. Never go through Debenhams, but will be from now on. We buy our travel money from Debenhams, so we will be saving over 20% for each trip! Brilliant :)
The site was very easy to negotiate and didn't take much time however the cost was much more than expected.

Good value travel insurance with added benefit of a Debenhams gift voucher. Have bought travel insurance in the past, and am likely to make Debenhams my first choice in the future.
Disappointed
Bought 2 separate travel insurance policies (one in April & one in September)
Never received the promised gift cards for either of them

Contacted next day & missing gift cards re-issued/resolved.
Very surprised for the fast response & very grateful.
Despite this hiccup I will definitely use Debenhams travel insurance again as it is a good policy for the price
