I am sorry to learn of the circumstances described in your feedback above.
Should you wish to have your insurance documents posted, a £2.50 administration charge is applicable, this can be done in the policy purchase path online. Alternatively once a policy has been purchased, to make any amendments that may incur an additional premium, this has to be completed by contacting our call centre.
I have forwarded this matter to our compliance department who will be in contact soon.
