I was promised a £5 gift voucher approx. 3 months ago which has, as of yet, still not been honoured. I have emailed Debenhams for clarification as to where this gift card is and am awaiting response.

This would have been sent to you in an email format but may have filtered into your spam/junk folder and gone unnoticed. As you purchased your policy in March, I can confirm that your gift card was sent on 17.04.15. If you are not able to locate your gift card in the spam/junk folder on that date, please let me know at debenhamstravelinsurance@rockinsurance.com and I will look into this further.
