every year I buy Debenhams travel insurance they never send out the £5 gift card .I have to e-mail them to send it to me . Is this just me , or does this happen to every one?

I got one price and when I aid it was a complete different price, which I was not very happy about.
to be told I woild have to pay an xtra £34 because I have high blood pressure
