Pointless replies , just replying to look like they care . Still refuse to pay out for stolen camera . I've looked on another couple of review site and Debenhams (Rock Insurance) are known to try every excuse not to pay out and didn't . Plus over 2 months later they are still looking into my straight forward claim for medical expenses on our cruise , it also took them well over 2 months to give us the gift cards promised for purchasing the insurance , that was only because I chased them up many times . Their customer service is non existent , time scale to deal with things atrocious and I will not be renewing next year .

Don't bother ! My Mum tried to claim for a camera stolen from our apartment but they have made it as difficult as possible , despite dishonest staff stealing from our room because the door was broken...
