Sorry to hear about the issues with delivery. We used the address provided on the order (it was the same for payment and delivery) and, as there was a valid postcode, there was no need to doubt the accuracy. You should have had an email confirmation with the address details you supplied - and so if you decide to order from us again, please feel free to get in touch if you spot anything you missed out. We can then manually amend the details before anything is sent out.
