I can’t give any more because I haven’t received the parcel.

By putting my correct address on the parcel which is 2 Bryn dyffryn Holywell Flintshire ch87dx. It was for a birthday present on Monday 28th August.

Sorry to hear about the issues with delivery. We used the address provided on the order (it was the same for payment and delivery) and, as there was a valid postcode, there was no need to doubt the accuracy. You should have had an email confirmation with the address details you supplied - and so if you decide to order from us again, please feel free to get in touch if you spot anything you missed out. We can then manually amend the details before anything is sent out. If you have any more queries about this order, please get in touch with our retail team via orders@dcuk.com. They will be able to help you out, if not sorted already. Our usual positive feedback and reputation is everything to us, and so it's a real shame to have a poor 1-star review for DCUK in this instance. Hopefully you can at least appreciate the situation, and we can help you again in the future if you need it.
