We’ve tried on numerous occasions to help, offering free marketing advice, sending across relevant content from industry experts and asking for confirmed delivery stats. Equipmart are yet to take us up on any of this, our offer will remain open for the full 12 month licence. Databroker guarantee data delivery, Equipmart confirmed on this order that delivery is being achieved at 98%, which demonstrates the high accuracy of the data. Whilst we cannot guarantee open rates, here’s what the stats from previous client campaigns on this file have shown. The average open rate on this file across 10 years, 1000s of data orders and 100,000s of emails is between 15-22%. Databroker use the file ourselves and regularly achieve 20%+ open.
