Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

In this instance, the data comes with hard bounce guarantees from the list provider which can be used to rectify any issues. This would be the first time that we have known this particular list owner to have an issue with hard bounce or were made aware of an issue with this order.
