The only negative I have is that we were unaware that the glass blowers were on lunch break from 11 -12, and having arrived there at 10.45am had to wait.

Our items were well packaged and protected and we received them within a couple of days of ordering, which was excellent. The bases are beautiful and will grace the homes they are intended for.

Still a little bulge on the rim
I was looking for wine glasses with a crisp rim. These are not too bad but still a little bulge around the rim. Quite delicate and one broke due to a little too much force whilst drying with a cloth

Over the years, it has developed many ranges of crystal and glassware based on its key skills of design and glass making. We are proud to be the only remaining large scale producer of crystal and glass in the UK and we remain an important regional employer with 150 staff. Nearly 100% of our crystal is still made in Devon while we design and source other glassware from selected European suppliers.
