There was damage to the box of the item and I received a call prior to shipping to inform me of this, which I was pleased about. Decided to go ahead anyway. Delivered promptly.

The website said out of stock and a 2 to 3 week wait and so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the pillow within a few days. I was very pleased with the sale price too.
I phoned to follow up on my order status and, despite being transferred to the wrong department/branch, eventually got a call back to give me the information I requested.

I left positive feedback earlier but having opened the vouchers I'm absolutely fuming. One of your staff rang me last week before posting to check if vouchers rather than an actual gift card could be sent. I explained they were for my Mum to use in the cafe as she's a regular there. No problem the girl said. Great. Now on the back of the vouchers it says they can't be used in the restaurant!! I spent ages before purchasing looking through all your terms and conditions on the website and saw nothing so confirming it on the telephone had given me reassurance. And now £100 spent and not on the intended. I'm very angry as her Birthday is this weekend and would like a call about this asap to see how this can be resolved..
