It's a shame that the postage now takes longer. Deliveries used to take no longer than a day or two. I don't see why this should have changed as now you can wait up to a whole week for your order...

I am so sorry this is a problem for you. Royal Mail say for us to allow up to 10 days for delivery – this has always been the case – but delivery normally takes a couple of days at the most Longer delivery times are rare and can be affected by Royal Mail new routes and new sorting processes – that may have affected all deliveries where you live . You may find that all your Royal mail deliveries are affected. We never assume that delivery will be in 2-3 days – but in most cases it always has been. I hope things stabilise for you but we can always send goods by overnight courier service if you need anything urgently. Kind Regards, Amanda
