Cateye Quick computer
Quick delivery but item didn’t work. Spoke to customer service, didn’t know answer, emailed them on their advice, no response. Checked that email address was right. It was.

Hi David, Please accept my apologies for your poor experience. There was a bad batch of these computers which all had the same battery problem. They have now been pulled from sale and we are awaiting replacements from the UK importer. Unfortunately, it took a little bit of time to establish this, during which I accept our communication could have been better.
