Poor

My complaint was not upheld . I was told the colour was fine as the batch was checked but it most definitely was NOT white but a grey/lilac tinge .

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your nets. Some of the best ones in the UK are made using a white dye called optic white. This looks a little blue when folded up but when in the window it has a much brighter and cleaner appearance than other nets. They stay whiter longer even after washing and they aid thermal efficient by reflecting heat.
