Product was delivered on time. Option used of collecting old machine on delivering new one. Driver said that he could not take it and somebody would collect it on saturday morning. Nobody came....

Excellent delivery (weekend and within a 3 hour slot). Fitted new dishwasher and took old one away for a very reasonable charge.Would use again and have recommended to others.

There was a dent in the side but it was not visible when the unit was in situ so I didn't complain. Packaging could have been better, It was just polystyrene over top and bottom then shrink wrapped....
