Liked that I could check delivery time as it meant I could fit in other appointments and cancel the one which clashed, love not having to sit around for a whole day waiting for a delivery!

Not happy with 2 aspects:
Delivered 2 hrs later than latest notified/agreed time;
Delivery personnel didn't know they had you cap off my hot water tap although I had paid for it.
Slow response time to e-mails - I would probably have been better telephoning. However the delay did not affect the final outcome and the service was otherwise excellent.
Had to wait a couple of days for the delivery men to take away my old machine, should have gone the same day. The machine is very satisfactory for the price.
